Soybean stew

Ingredients:

  • 100 g soy cubes
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 pepper
  • broth
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley

Method of preparation:

The soy cubes are boiled with one onion, salt, pepper and bay leaves, and after they are boiled we drain them of water and allow them to cool. We heat the oil in a saucepan, add the remaining chopped onion and chopped pepper, and add the broth dissolved in 50 ml of warm water. Let the food boil about five minutes, then add the cubes of soy, the mushrooms, salt and pepper. It is left on the fire for several minutes and before the fire is stopped, the chopped parsley is sprinkled.
